7. Cashew-Walnut Pate Stuffed Dates With a Mint Garnish
Try Koko Brill‘s Cashew-Walnut Pate Stuffed Dates With a Mint Garnish. The protein-rich pâté is served stuffed into sweet and succulent dates. The sweetness and salt complement each other so well making these a lovely little hors d’oeuvre or party finger food.

This is a simple recipe for a classic plant-based pâté. Trine Rask‘s Portobello Pâté blends mushrooms with thyme, white wine, and dijon mustard to make a creamy pâté perfect for spreading on crispy toast to enjoy and as a hearty breakfast or lunchtime snack.
9. Carrot Cashew Paté (That Bursts With Flavor!)
This Carrot Cashew Paté by Molly Patrick, well, bursts with flavor! The carrots are blended with cashews and tahini to make a rich and creamy, nutty spread. This is a wonderful pâté for enjoying with crusty bread, toast, or crunchy, raw veggies. This is a clean and simple dish that is so easy to make.
10. Green Lentil Walnut Protein Power Pâté
Lastly, we have a wonderful pâté with super protein powers. This Green Lentil Walnut Protein Power Pâté by Julie Van den Kerchove takes lentils, walnut and protein powder to make this a high protein-packed pâté that is also full of fiber and iron. Spread it on crackers, use it in wraps, or slather it on toast.
