I\’m disappointed to see canola oil is used instead of healthier oils like olive, avocado, or coconut.
One of the reasons I wrote the 1st vegan pizza cookbook (containing, among other recipes, some 60+ no-oil mostly gluten-free cheese-like sauce recipes) is because most of the fake cheeses are expensive, nutritionally useless, and very high fat.
