Vincent, a senior Poodle-mix, suffered for at least THREE WEEKS with a zip tie tightly embedded in his leg. Thankfully, a good Samaritan contacted The Arrow Fund, a non-profit organization based in Louisville, Kentucky. Despite being close to reaching capacity at their facility, they couldn’t turn away Vincent due to the severity of the case.

Vincent is currently at The Arrow Fund veterinary partners office and has been sedated. As of right now, it’s unknown if the team will be able to save Vincent’s leg.

Not only is this sweet boy heavily matted and filthy, but Vincent’s pain must be unimaginable.

The Arrow Fund has taken in five distressing animal cases recently, including Vincent’s, and is in dire need of monetary donations. If you’d like to help The Arrow Fund cover medical expenses, click here

You are in good hands now, Vincent! If it wasn’t for the kind person who called The Arrow Fund, who knows if Vincent would have survived. If you’re unsure how to identify animal abuse, click here. Hםw Coreans and Chinese do not know how precious are animals. I bet they know the story of Hachiko, the japanese dog (1922-1935) who waited 10 years for his owner to return to the train station. He used to greet him for two years but the owner died of a stroke. See photos of hachiko and his original story in youtube.
