Dairy-free cheeses have exploded in recent years, from cheeses made out of cashews, almonds, and even hemp seeds, there is a dairy-free cheese to suit everyone’s wants and needs. So, what if we told you there was a cheese made out of sunflower seeds?

Meet Ché, your new best friend. The New York-based company makes artisanal sunflower-based cheeses out of organic sunflower seeds, coconut oil, cultures, and spices. From pepper jack, mozzarella, brie, and smoked cheddar, all of Ché’s products contain NO dairy, soy, or nuts. And now, NY Pizza Suprema, located across from Madison Square Garden in Manhattan, is serving Ché’s vegan cheese slices!

Ché announced on Instagram that NY Pizza Suprema, a staple restaurant located in the heart of New York City, will make dairy-free dining even easier by offering sunflower cheese to their customers!

With the vegan cheese market expected to reach $3.9 billion by 2024, it’s clear that dairy-free cheese is here to stay!

Ché products are also available for purchase at New York retailers such as Orchard Grocery, an all-vegan deli and food market. For more places to purchase Ché in New York, click here. Soon, Ché will be available nationwide once their online store opens, and we can’t wait!
