This program matches potential adopters with available animals based on a variety of criteria. There is a color coded system where users can input attributes that they are looking for in a companion. Whether you are high energy or a couch potato, there is the perfect match out there for you.

A rescue organization in Richmond, VA started using the program in 2008, and since then adoption rates have increased nearly 20%. Just like any other dating site, you are matched up with your most compatible partner. It is proven that animals and owners that are on the same page activity and personality wise, work out better in the long run. Though this new system of adopter/adoptee match making is a huge contributor to adoption increases, something can still be said for “love at first sight”.
