India is a beautiful country, filled with abundant natural resources, ancient culture, and a stunning variety of wildlife, including elephants, tigers, leopards, and bears. Amazingly, many of these animal species have been living alongside human communities for thousands of years! However, when the worlds of humans and animals collide, like in this video, things don’t always end well. Thankfully, there are groups like Wildlife SOS that exist save the day!
The leopard in this video was trapped in a 30-foot well with no hope of getting out. Luckily, the Wildlife SOS team is very experienced with carrying out wildlife rescues and managed to free this majestic animal in seemingly no time at all!
Wildlife SOS is an amazing organization that is dedicated to helping preserve, conserve and protect India’s wildlife. Founded in 1955, this group has spent the last 60 years helping animals and humans to coexist, through research, rescue, and education. Thanks to their intervention, animals like the leopard in this video are able to be saved and released back into the wild – while the villagers, also featured here, are able to get the use of their well back. If you would like to learn more about the lifesaving work being done by Wildlife SOS, you may visit their website here.
All I see is a confused leopard as they lower some kind of square box down into the well then the video cuts off we never get to see the Leopard making its way out of that well. The article doesn’t state how they managed to do it either. This whole thing could be a sham. As far as we know they captured that animal and ate it for dinner. This video and article was a big waste of my time!
Never seen what happened as the video was short
