A-lister Mark Wahlberg recently spoke to Men’s Health about his new plant-based diet. After wrapping up a new Netflix film, he switched to a plant-based diet.

The rapper turned actor is known for his diligent workouts and busy schedule. Wahlberg told Men’s Health in a video, “I did a bone broth fast and ate just vegetables. I’ve been eating plant-based [products] for about three weeks now, and I gotta tell you—I’m feeling really good.” Wahlberg removed all meat from his diet and says he feels less inflammation in his body and that it has helped his 4am workouts.

Wahlberg joins celebrities like Kelly Ripa and Simon Cowell who have each shared their plant-based diets. Athletes like Nick Kyrgios and Chris Paul have also spoken out recently about veganism and plant-based regimens.
