The Four Seasons will open a skyscraper that will feature the world’s tallest vertical garden. The dual-tower building will reach almost 4 miles into the sky, which is about twice the length of New York’s high line, a linear park, and greenway.

Once complete in 2028, this will be the tallest building in all of Australia. The “greenscraper” will be a “community among the clouds”, according to the STH BNK by Beulah website. Tourists will also be able to enjoy the beautiful building as the Four Seasons Hotel will occupy the top floors of the western tower.

The hotel will feature 210 rooms and offer panoramic views of Melbourne’s skyline, beach, and Royal Botanical Gardens. There will be a rooftop restaurant and bar, spa and wellness facilities, and many event spaces.

The skyscraper plans have an estimated investment of $1.9 billion and will offer 12,500 square meters of public green space, including Australia’s highest sky garden.

Melbourne’s air pollution is not unhealthy yet, but because of deforestation in the country, there will be less fresh oxygen. This building will help the bustling city maintain healthy air and incorporate more plants and trees into the city.
