About Will Tuttle

Why You Should Listen

In this episode, Dr. Will Tuttle shares his take on how our food choices shape the world around us and vice versa. In his view, practicing mindfulness can help each one of us unravel the social and cultural norms that we unconsciously adopt throughout our lives.

With this in mind, the interview expands into a discussion of how an enlightened food system starts with an enlightened view of our connections to the planet and animals, and questions whether or not eating animal products is natural and normal or really just the result of our cultural programming. You don’t have to be a Zen master like Will to understand these ideas – but I highly encourage you to keep listening if you want to change the way you see the world and the food we choose.
