Jeff Pierce assists the Animal Legal Defense Fund with its major caseload as a litigation fellow. In addition to law, Jeff studied biology at Duke University, where he graduated summa cum laude, and theology at Yale University. He received a Fulbright Fellowship to research the impact of commercial forestry on rural communities and wildlife in Swaziland, in southern Africa. Jeff hopes to focus on the well-being of wildlife, both captive and non-captive.
