Hi Claire, I made it this cake yesterday evening, put it in the fridge and ate it today after lunch. Perfect texture, the taste is buttery and sweet. It was delicious! My children loved it too. You wrote two different oven temperatures on your recipe. It seemed a little high for a cake so I simply bake it at 365F (or 185C) for 45min. It turned out great. Not problem to unmold it. Thank you for the recipe. I\'ll use it again. It\'s a keeper!
