Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, chopped
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, dairy-free
Preparation
- Add rolled oats, quinoa, flaxseed, cinnamon, peanut butter and maple syrup to a food processor. Pulse until oats have broken down and mixture starts to form.
- Add remaining ingredients and pulse until just incorporated.
- Roll batter into 20 bites. Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
