6-Ingredient Pea and Walnut Pesto [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- 1 bag frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 3 tablespoons raw walnuts
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Combine peas with 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Strain the peas and add to food processor along with other ingredients and puree until all ingredients are combined.
