Watermelon Mint Summer Smoothie [Vegan]

It is important in the summer to focus on nutrition and hydration as the body often takes a bit more abuse from sun and full days of fun. This Recipe is :

Dairy Free Vegan


  • 1 full scoop of smoothie mix
  • 1 cup cubed watermelon
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • ½ lime freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 4 leaves fresh mint
  • 1 cup water


  1. Add all ingredients but ice into a blender.
  2. Blend and serve.

You should try their chocolate flavor smoothie powder, definitely their best. I usually make it with coconut water, bananas, pear, and some almonds turns out pretty good.
