How about a Pumpkin Pie in a glass? If you are anything like me you popped open a can of pumpkin puree and didn't use the whole thing. A smoothie is a great way to use that leftover pumpkin! Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 dates, or 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Dash nutmeg

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and no chunks remain.
  2. Serve immediately with a dash of cinnamon on top.
