What’s the first, most logical thing one would create with peanut milk? Exactly. Nothing earth-shattering here, folks, just the usual rock-solid-delicious smoothie suspects paired with their new friend, peanut milk, all mixed up together into an irresistible shake-like consistency. Spoon required.

I was into my 30s before I began running and working out, but I was still missing something: diet.  The animal products I was consuming were undoing the benefits of all of that physical activity.  Today my body runs on a plant-based, low-fat, low sugar diet that keeps me healthy and strong. I’m sharing – via An Unrefined Vegan - what I've learned by offering simple, delicious and nutritious recipes that nurture body, soul and conscience.

I would not choose a highly acidic nut like a peanut. High acidity promotes cancer.

I never made peanut milk. Sounds good though. I made walnut, almond, cashew, rice, and sunflower seed milk before. All yummy with stevia and vanilla extract in it. Sometimes with cocoa powder. Yummy!
