This cream combines the earthy flavors of matcha with the tart flavor of fresh lemon juice in a base of blended cashews. It's the perfect addition to parfaits or an excellent topping to oatmeal.
Matcha Lemon Cream [Vegan]
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 2 tablespoon to 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon nut butter (optional)
- Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender and mix them until smooth.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least four hours.
