Matcha Lemon Cream [Vegan]

This cream combines the earthy flavors of matcha with the tart flavor of fresh lemon juice in a base of blended cashews. It's the perfect addition to parfaits or an excellent topping to oatmeal.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoon to 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (optional)

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender and mix them until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate overnight or for at least four hours.
