This pie is perfect for anyone looking to satisfy a sweet tooth without any guilt. Full of fresh fruits and rich flavor, it’s one of the simplest dessert recipes ever. Not to mention, you can easily make it raw by skipping the oven!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie [Vegan]

This Recipe is :

Dairy Free Vegan

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 4 dates, pitted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

For the Filling:

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/4 almond milk
  • Fruit for garnish

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Process oats, dates, cinnamon, and salt in a food processor. Then add the water and oil. Process again.
  3. Spread out the mixture evenly in a pie pan using a baking spatula. Bake 15 minutes, or until golden.
  4. While the crust bakes, Process all the filling ingredients in a food processor.
  5. Pour your filling into your baked crust and top with decorative fruit.
  6. Refrigerate and serve!
