Anything can be veganised, there is not a recipe - even marsmallows whose ingredients cannot be changed to plant-ingredients. I love the vegan lifestyle. Cruelty free and clean conscience living.

Wow, you guys are so hard core! This is why I could never commit to becoming vegan, I think it rots your brain and erodes any courtesy or kindness/tolerance you may have once had.

HUH!! Talk about courtesy…you sure don\'t have it. We are vegan for very good reasons. The animal abuse in farming is deplorable and we don\'t want to be a part of it. Health-wise being a vegan is one really healthy way to live. It\'s been 16 years since I\'ve had a cold or the flu. I\'m up and going at 5:30AM and loving the day ahead. By the way, do a little research on causes of cancer in the dairy and meat world before you mouth off next time.

Just wondering where such a harsh angry comment is really coming from, and why? Sounds like you need a hug!
