Looking for something to do with those grapes that have been sitting in your refrigerator for maybe a little too long? Look no further! This green grape sorbet is made with fresh, slightly overripe grapes and contains no added sugars. Just blend up your grapes with some lemon juice and pop it in your ice cream machine or freezer.

2-Ingredient Green Grape Sorbet [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

Ingredients

  • 2.5 pounds green grapes
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Wash and juice your grapes. Alternatively you can blitz them in a blender until they fall apart and strain them through a sieve and discard the skin and seeds. You should be left with approximately 4 cups of juice.
  2. Pour the juice into an ice cream machine and process it.
  3. Transfer into a freezer-friendly dish and freeze for another 1-3 hours before serving if you want a scoopable sorbet.

Notes

If you don't have an ice cream machine then you can also pour the fruit juice in a freezer friendly dish and place it as it is in the freezer. Set a timer and give it a good stir every 30 minutes until it is frozen.
