It seems that handmade vegan cheese has short life. Is there any vegan raw cheese that has long shelf life?

All raw foods have a short shelf life - because they are LIVE and don\'t contain preservatives - this is good!

Must have some! Love cheese but it doesn't love me. I can only eat goat cheese which I love but can't wait to try lactose free cheesies.
