What is a Superfruit?

The term “superfruit” was first used in the food and beverage industry in 2005 to describe fruits that have exceptionally high nutrient densities and antioxidant levels. Superfruits have steadily grown in popularity since their introduction, and are now commonly sold as juices, in energy drinks, or in supplement form.

Açaí is a small dark purple berry that grows on the açaí palm in Central and South America. High in antioxidants and essential fatty acids. It is really a nice article. The author has described the benefits of superfruits in a nutshell. I have found a few superfoods supplements https://www.herbalbless.com/collections/superfoods

I would like to take some suggestion from the author which one I should choose. I am very slim and want to gain weight.
