I'd really like to try Kava Kava Root Extract, but then I did some googling and came across this page saying that it is possibly unsafe taken by mouth and could damage the liver somehow: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/natural/872.html And of course that made me a bit sceptic after all.
