Sweet Pea Hummus to Hustle in Spring!

This goes very well with roast sweet potatoes and steamed broccoli, but also makes a great fresh dip for crudité, or as a spread on toast. The fresh taste of the peas really shines, so if you are not a fan of these guys…just add more garlic and enjoy the green goodness!

Oh, and let’s all start doing our warm weather dance to the powers that be, pronto.

Sweet Pea Hummus to Hustle in Spring!

This Recipe is :

Dairy FreeVegan

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C frozen peas, defrosted
  • 1 T fresh basil
  • 4 leaves fresh mint
  • 2 T tahini
  • 2 T nutritional yeast
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or small bowl food processor.  Blend to desired consistency.  Devour.
