Smoky White Bean and Roasted Yellow Pepper Hummus

I don't know why I didn't think of it myself, but luckily, Trader Joe's did. After nearly single-handedly devouring a tub of their Chipotle Pepper Hummus, I knew I had to make my own version, but without the the oil and bumping up the smoky chipotle flavor.

Annie Oliverio:I was into my 30s before I began running and working out, but I was still missing something: diet.  The animal products I was consuming were undoing the benefits of all of that physical activity.  Today my body runs on a plant-based, low-fat, low sugar diet that keeps me healthy and strong. I’m sharing – via An Unrefined Vegan - what I've learned by offering simple, delicious and nutritious recipes that nurture body, soul and conscience.

Those advertisements are what help keep their pages free. That being said, that may be something to do with your settings Julie, because I don't have pop up ads.

I LOVE your posts here and your page but I really, really dislike those videos that pop up and play over and over each time you go to a new page. ADVERTISEMENTS and it really takes away from your page. I go to learn recipes and such and shouldn't have to deal with those. They aren't about anything on your page. just ads. PLEASE stop using them
