Smoky White Bean and Roasted Yellow Pepper Hummus

I don't know why I didn't think of it myself, but luckily, Trader Joe's did. After nearly single-handedly devouring a tub of their Chipotle Pepper Hummus, I knew I had to make my own version, but without the the oil and bumping up the smoky chipotle flavor.

I will never use other than chickpeas for hummus... But this is a very nice idea!

Those advertisements are what help keep their pages free. That being said, that may be something to do with your settings Julie, because I don't have pop up ads.

I LOVE your posts here and your page but I really, really dislike those videos that pop up and play over and over each time you go to a new page. ADVERTISEMENTS and it really takes away from your page. I go to learn recipes and such and shouldn't have to deal with those. They aren't about anything on your page. just ads. PLEASE stop using them
