Oil-free Kale-Edamame Hummus [Vegan]
- 1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup frozen edamame, thawed and drained
- 1 cup kale, packed
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup tahini
- juice of 1 1/2 lemons
- 6 tbsp. water
- 1 tbsp. liquid aminos, optional
- 1 tsp. green chili sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- salt, to taste, optional
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until very smooth.
- Add more water by the tablespoonful, if needed.
