Online grocer Peapod has partnered with vegan chef Chloe Coscarelli to bring a new vegan meal kit to shoppers.

Available now on Peapod’s website, the Peapod Meal Kit: Vegan General Tso’s Tofu kit from Coscarelli includes 30 grams of protein per serving. The kit comes with all of the ingredients required to make this vegan dish.

The grocer’s website also includes three other recipes by Coscarelli from her cookbook Chloe Flavor, including Brussels Sprouts Tacos, a McVegan Breakfast Sandwich, and Shelley’s Matzo. The recipes include links to buy all of the ingredients needed on Peapod.

“Vegan doesn’t have to mean bland and boring, and I’m really excited to share this General Tso’s Tofu meal kit with everyone,” said Coscarelli, who’s known for opening vegan restaurant chain By Chloe. “This is my first meal kit, so by partnering with Peapod, I’m hoping it will solve some mealtime challenges people are facing.”

“We’re constantly looking for ways we can delight our shoppers with a great selection that fits a variety of today’s diets,” said Peapod’s Senior Vice President of Merchandising Spencer Baird. “Partnering with Chloe and co-creating a meal kit with Chloe is the perfect way to bring fresh ideas to vegans, vegetarians, flexitarians or anyone just looking to embrace more meatless meals.”
