Curate Orlando, an art gallery, studio, and vegetarian restaurant, is in its early stages in Orlando. The chef and owner, Shaun Noonan found inspiration from the Noma restaurant in Copenhagen, where menus change with the seasons and every ingredient is fresh and foraged.
Curate will be held in the Milk District and will serve as an art gallery and studio in the daytime. Then, it’ll transform into a vegan restaurant and wine bar at night. All the veggie dishes will have perfectly paired wines, and that’s all we could truly ask for.
Matt Uva, the wine guru at Quantum Leap, will create the pairings. Everyone is hoping that some of Rene Redzepi’s coveted recipes will be recreated at Curate, like the shawarma and other tasty Iranian dishes. You can watch their progress on their Instagram page.
