Need new ideas for just one meal at a time? Struggling to come up with inventive lunches or more wholesome breakfasts. What about delicious dinners that taste great without relying on any animal-based ingredients whatsoever? Don’t worry, we can help! With just one click on the type of meal below, you can find seven different suggestions for various styles of eating or just for different types of meals. Trust us, we’ve got it all from soup to nuts!

  • Breakfast

We’ve all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but why? Well, for starters, it gets the metabolic engine going. After sleeping the night away it’s the first thing you’re putting into your body after a long stretch of fasting. You want to make sure that something is awesome! But, what should you choose? For some of us, mornings are one of the most hectic parts of the day with getting the kids ready for school, putting the last details into that project, commuting to the office, etc. It can be hard to figure out exactly what to fuel up on first thing. Fortunately, we’ve got you covered. Whether you’re trying to start the morning off raw, you’re keeping out the grains or your priming the pump for that triathlon, there are a week’s worth of breakfast ideas for whatever your eating style might be. There, we’ve taken the mania out of your morning. All that’s left to do is dig in!  See The Breakfast Menu.

  • Lunch

Stuck in a lunch rut? Sick of opening that brown bag to the same old sandwich? You’ve come to the right place! Depending on how you like to eat, there are seven days worth of awesome plant-based lunch ideas at your very fingertips, just waiting to make your co-workers jealous. When the day gets crazy and deadlines are looming, it’s so tempting to skip lunch. Unfortunately, doing that will only set you up for a powerful afternoon slump that can lead to reaching for the first junky, sugary, over-processed thing you can get your hands on. Powering up in the middle of your day with something hearty and wholesome will not only fuel your body, but your mind too. So take a quick look at the options below if you need some noon-time noshing ideas to add to your repertoire. Congratulations, the hours between breakfast and dinner just got more delicious. See The Lunch Menu.

  • Snacks

There used to be a time when eating in between meals was generally frowned up. That time was very boring. Sometimes you just need quick bite mid-morning or in the late afternoon to keep your energy from dipping and your hunger pangs in check. But what are you supposed to snack on? Let’s face it, without some ideas for what to pack for work or school you could find yourself beelining it for a vending machine when the need to nibble strikes. Luckily, it doesn’t have to be that way. Depending on the way you like to eat, there are plenty of snack ideas here to help you chuck the chips and kick the candy to the curb. Just because it’s a smaller meal doesn’t mean that a snack isn’t an important part of your day’s nutritional make-up. Try a few of these on for size and prepare to take the rest of your day by storm! See The Snack Menu.

  • Dinner

After a long busy day, nothing beats sitting down to a home cooked meal. But, what in the world should you make? Let’s face it, it isn’t always easy to figure out what you should throw together for yourself and the family when the dinner bell rings, which makes it very tempting to just ring up the local delivery spot night after night. This can be problematic for anyone that wants to eat plant-based, be mindful of their health and kind on their budget. Avoiding this trap is as easy is one click, thanks to the mouthwatering options we’ve compiled right here! Whether you’re eating raw, trying to train for an event, avoiding gluten or just trying to incorporate more plants we’ve got something to please your palate for an entire week. Want even more ideas for the penultimate meal of the day? Just click here. Now let’s get cooking! See The Dinner Menu.

  • Dessert

Sometimes it’s nice to stop and appreciate the simple things in life, like a sweet and delicious plant-based dessert. Let’s face it, you just have to stop and smell the cocoa powder sometimes…or the dates…or the frozen banana swirl…wow, is anyone else hungry? When the end of the meal comes near and that sweet tooth stands up to cheer, it can be hard to see past those same old, store-bought frozen popsicles with all of their high fructose corn syrup. Which is exactly why we’ve compiled 7-days worth of desserts for you to select from based on the way you like to eat! Whether you just care about keeping animal products out of your diet or you’re training for that cross fit competition-there’s always room for dessertSee The Dessert Menu.
