Singer-songwriter, author, actress and British superstar Kelly Osbourne posted to Instagram, giving credit to some of her favorite vegan foods. Although she has not confirmed a specific diet or eating regime, she did post some photos to her Stories of her cooking up a vegan meal over the stove.
In the snap, she was using Annie’s Organic Vegan Shells to make macaroni and cheese. She typed, “I really miss eating cheese so today I tried vegan shell pasta and creamy sauce, aka mac & cheese…you can not tell the difference!”
She then, in the same day, posted a quick meal of cucumber slices with hummus on toast and said, “I used to think being a vegan was boring. Now, I have more fun with food now that I ever have before.”
In 2012, the star gave her ex-boyfriend, Matthew Mosshart, who is a vegan chef, credit for her dramatic and sustained weight loss. Although the couple split, it seems as though she’s grown accustomed to plant-based foods. She’s a known advocate for self-love, recovery, and feminism, and now, vegan food!
