Do you have plans to visit Arizona in the near future? If so, you will definitely want to check out the vegan options available! Here’s a complete list of 10 places you can order vegan cuisine in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area.

1. Bubbles

If you are looking for a place to wine and dine, check out Bubbles, which is a vegan champagne bar in Scottsdale. They offer artisan toasts, like the Avocado, Stoner, and Eggplant, and they also offer an abundance of small snack plates like Hummus and Veggies, Olive Bowl, and Tomato Salad.

2. Fresh Mint

Fresh Mint is a small vegetarian cafe in Scottsdale that has a Vietnamese twist. The menu has options like the Vietnamese Sweet and Sour Soup, which is filled with pineapple, tomato, celery, bean sprouts, mushroom and tofu. You could also try the Lemongrass Soy Beef Delight, which features soy beef with onion, carrot and vermicelli. This dish is served with served fresh herbs and bean sprouts, lemon vinegar sauce, and is topped with peanuts. You could always try making this Coconut Lemongrass Soup.

Juice Core is a great place to visit if you are in the mood for a raw, fresh, organic juice. All of the fruits and vegetables are extracted on a hydraulic press, which results in 100 percent cold pressed juices. Try the Mother Earth, which is the signature blend on the menu. It is made with kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, ginger, romaine, fennel, lemon, green apples, and parsley. Other kinds include the Jet Lag, Beetle Juice, Skinny Genes, 24 Karat, The Hulk, and more! You could also try making this Green Juice Detox.

4. Urban Beans

Urban Beans is a 24-hour vegan and vegetarian cafe, offering, sweets, drinks, and food. They offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert, so it is always a good time to head over to this eatery. Try The California, which is a vegan breakfast sandwich that comes with Chipotle aioli, caramelized onion, fresh sliced tomato, and arugula. You could also try the Pumpkin Curry Bowl, which has roasted cauliflower florets, carrots, potatoes, onions and is served with rice or quinoa. For dessert, order the raw tart! If you want to cook at home, try making these Mexican Quinoa Wraps.

One of the most popular vegan restaurants in Phoenix is Green New American Vegetarian. Try ordering the Big Wac, which is two hand packed vegan patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun. For dessert, order a Tsoynami, which is your choice of vanilla or chocolate organic soy and coconut milk soft serve ice cream, with toppings mixed in! You could create your own, or pick from one of the signature combinations, like Almond Oy Vey!, Chunkey Monkey, Cookies N’ Cream, Haystack, and more.

6. Loving Hut

Loving Hut is a 100 percent vegan restaurant, serving up delicious Asian fare. Try the Pan Fried Dumplings, Lucky Wontons, Rainbow Salad, Sizzling Rice Soup, Ocean Sandwich, Western Burger, and more. Try Frank’s Veggie Steak and Potatoes which is hearty protein steak strips, sauteed with seasoned potato, bell pepper, and onion. If you can’t make it to loving hut, try making these Breaded Portobello Mushroom Steaks.

7. Namaste Veg Kitchen

If you love Indian food, head over to Namaste Veg Kitchen, which is a vegetarian restaurant serving up authentic Indian cuisine. The menu has many different options, like Samosa Chaat, which are samosas served in curry with onions, sev and chutneys. You could also get the Pani Puri, which are small crispy puries filled with potatoes, channa, sweet and spicy chutney and served with mint sauce. If you can’t make it to this lovely restaurant, try out this recipe for Paneer Tikka Masala.

Head over to Vegan House for some awesome veg-friendly food! The menu shows options like Grand Tempura, which features tempura vegan shrimp, soy chicken and vegetables. You could also try the Spaghetti Green Curry Seafood, which has is noodles with vegan shrimp, vegan fish, and vegetables in curry sauce. If you want to cook for yourself, try out this recipe for Tempeh, Lemongrass, and Broccoli Coconut Curry.

9. OM Indian Bistro

OM Indian Bistro is serving up vegan Indian fare, from curries to rice and breads — this is a great option if you are in the mood for some Indian cuisine. They offer South Indian food, like Medhu Vada, which is a deep fried lentil and rice cake served with sambar and tomato. If you love curry, go for the Mix Veg Curry, which is a mixture of different vegetables cooked with onion and tomato paste. You could always try making this Roasted Pumpkin Coconut Curry With Crispy Tofu.

The Lettuce Wrap, Fried Enoki, Pot Stickers, Edamame, House Spring Roll, Satay Tofu, and the Village Salad, are just a few of the many vegan options available on the menu. They also have an abundance of vegan fish and vegan chicken options, like Tom Yam Fish and Orange Chicken.
