Not only is curry good tasty but it’s also good for you! It’s an antibacterial dish, it protects heart health, and it improves bone health. You can use it in your stews and soups and combine it with a lot of other spices for a flavorful experience. Here’s some of our favorite spicy curry dishes from the Food Monster App!

7. Roasted Cauliflower Curry
