She’s outspoken, trendy, hilarious, and quirky. And we’re sure you’ve heard her name several times before. Bethenny Frankel, businesswoman, entrepreneur, and reality TV star has been on her own personal vegan tour around the world.
She’s eaten vegan nachos in New Zealand, where she went to The Butcher’s Son and described it as, “a cool vegan restaurant in Auckland!” Over dessert at the restaurant, she cooed in a social media video, “These are all raw desserts, and I was hesitant to try them. They’re made with soaked nuts, et cetera. It’s unreal. These the best raw desserts I’ve ever had in my life, ever.” She’s enjoyed mock spiced beef in Las Vegas, and plant-based French food, which she happily showed through an Instagram story.
Although she doesn’t (yet) consider herself a vegan, she sure has been embracing fun, trendy, nutritious and interesting vegan foods around the world. The other day, she shared an Instagram video of her indulging in light plates at The Rooftop by JG in Beverly Hills, which were filled with Asian, Latin American and farm fresh-inspired flavors. She settled on and loved a baby kale salad with avocado, and a round of sauteed mushroom tacos with kale and mole sauce.
Sounds like the perfect vegan tour to us!
