The ultimate sweet comfort food: cinnamon raisin bread. Not only does it taste amazing, but it makes your whole kitchen (or house) smell heavenly. Warm, fluffy, full of amazing cinnamon sweetness and spice, we can’t get enough. If any food deserves a whole day to celebrate it, it’s cinnamon raisin bread.

Last but certainly not least, we had to go classic with Fabio Gallo‘s Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bread. It’s ideal for breakfast or to be enjoyed as an afternoon treat. Soy milk gives it its soft fluffy texture, and it is then swirled with cinnamon, studded with raisins, brushed with vegan butter, and then sprinkled with some more cinnamon and sugar. Serve warm with a hot cup of coffee.
