You know that feeling of true freedom? The one you get when you have a few days off from work or other responsibilities, or are on a great run? That feeling of elation that fills your heart and pushes you forward? Well, you can see it when you check out this video!

Watch as animals — from cows to sheep to goats — frolic around happily when they are released to pasture for the first time this past spring season.

From the vantage point of Farm Sanctuary’s National Shelter Director, Susie Coston, check these lovely, boundless animals as they run freely about the pasture. It’s amazing to see how happy these animals are, released into their natural environment and greeting the new season with sheer joy! Really brings new meaning to the whole notion of caging animals, right? They absolutely don’t want to be caged, that’s for sure from this video!
