Sienna Miller Backs No Cruel Cosmetics Initiative

Sienna Miller has joined other celebrities like Sir Paul McCartney and Kimberly Wyatt by supporting the British Union for the Abolition of Vivisection (BUAV) No Cruel Cosmetics initiative, which is calling for a ban on animal testing for toiletries and cosmetic products sold in the European Union (EU) to come into effect in 2013 as planned.

“We are delighted to have the support of Sienna Miller. It is totally unacceptable for animals to continue to suffer and die in the name of beauty,” said Michelle Thew, Chief Executive of the BUAV.

You can also support the BUAV No Cruel Cosmetics campaign to end cosmetics testing on animals by signing their petition to the European Parliament at NoCruelCosmetics.org.

Don't mean to be a downer about this, but didn't she recently do an advert for Hugo Boss, who are owned by one of the most disgusting animal testing companies in the world-Procter & Gamble? Among other adverts I've seen her in that test their products on animals!
