Goldie the rescued Sun bear knows exactly what to do to really get the day going. Exercise! But who wants to do crunches first thing in the morning? No one that’s who. So instead of that, Goldie decides on a different method. Rope climbing. Well, more like rope spinning!

Goldie the bear spins and spins and you can’t help but chuckle when the slow motion kicks in. But in all honesty, we might install a rope swing at our reception desk thanks to this video. She is clearly on to something!

What makes us smile even more is knowing that Goldie will know nothing more than love and happiness in her life. This little one was rescued from a village in Vietnam after her mother was killed, most likely by poachers. Thankfully, the Animals Asia team stepped in to give her a new life and a new home!

If you’d like to learn more about Goldie and her friends, visit animals Asia on Facebook or the web!

Living in a concrete cage does not look very rescued to me, but then again, I have never been subjected to the tortured life of a Chinese bile bear.

probably wouldn't survive if it was put back into the wild, it would seek out humans for food and company or get killed.
