Have you ever seen an elephant in a deep and peaceful sleep? Well, the elephant in this adorable video, Kabu, even throws in a little snoring!

Kabu was rescued by Elephant Nature Park, an organization dedicated to helping the captive elephant population in Thailand. She was a former logging elephant with a dislocated ankle and a heartbreaking past. In the illegal logging industry, the animals are often brutally abused and not cared for properly. For Kabu, this terrible life of exploitation ended in September 2015, when she was saved by the rescue team.

Now Kabu can lie down on the edge of her favorite mud pit and nap sweetly whenever she fancies. She finally has the good life all elephants deserve.
