Is this cat caught in an alien tractor beam? Or do her yawns just fill her with helium? We don’t know. But we do know we wouldn’t have believed it without seeing it. Yet, here it is, caught on film!

This cat stands on her hind legs to stretch in the oddest way. For a second, right at the top of the stretch, you think maybe she’ll just stay there balancing on two feet. It looks like if she wanted to, she could just go ahead and evolve into a new bipedal breed of cat, perhaps a “homo felinus,” if you will. You kind of have to wonder where she got the idea for that little move. Maybe she’s copying her human parents?

Cats do all kinds of funny things, which is why they’re one of the internet’s (and our) favorite creatures! Do you have a pet that brings you joy with their awesome antics? We’d love to hear about it. In the mean time, let’s all take a little stretch break from surfing the web. Come on everybody, and do the elevator stretch!

Maybe she is in pain and trying to relieve it... Cats very seldom show discomfort or pain... You have to be very aware of your cats usual routine.. and notice any slight difference. Should check it out at vets...

Hm. Could be due to a spasm/fit. Boring vid though.

It looks like the cat is uncomfortable and needs to stretch in an unusual way. Maybe instead of a cutsie video, you could take it to the vet.

Did her family watch a lot of "Meerkat Manor" when she was a kitten?
