Off the subject but I read wheatgrass has all the essential amino acids!! Has anyone else heard this?

Please stop perpetuating the myth we need lots of protein. Protein deficiency is so rare it is almost non-existent. We only need 10% of calories from protein. Anyone following a varied plant-based diet is getting that without even thinking about it. We all need to take the word out of our vocabulary!

There are a lot of meat eaters out there that are total oblivious that there is protein in anything but meat. So these headlines are not for us that know better but are there to educate the ignorant.

The article only gives protein per weight for two of the recipes and protein per energy content for none of them. Also missing is a reference frame.
