How to Stock Up Your Vegan Pantry

The refrigerator should not be the only go-to box when you’re hungry. Your pantry should also be loaded with yummy vegan goodness. Stock up on these plant-based essentials to add more variety to the ‘seemingly limited’ number of foods you can eat. Bring some of them to work and tempt your carnivorous colleagues by giving them a generous whiff of what they are missing. Oh, and when they do comment that your food smells and looks good, don’t forget to tell them that it’s vegan!

Taste Adventure(Canadian) has a line of vegan soups that are also gluten free(other than minestrone) that is COMPLETELY AMAAAAZING...especially the green split pea soup, so good and so healthy(no added fat, but has the home cooked creamy consistency)..seriously I can live on those soups for the rest of my life lol.
